The BE BALANCED approach is characterised by contributing to an integral, process-oriented solution. In the analysis phase,
BE BALANCED studies the relationship between the various tools and (HRM) processes in order to place the issues in a broader context. Direct support occurs within the specific teams; the natural workplace where the majority of interactions and influencing happens.
BE BALANCED facilitates teams from a positive foundation of respecting others, but does not shy away from confrontation! Reflection (taking time to slow down!), awareness and self-knowledge are central to the facilitating process. Change begins from within and is only possible when employees are prepared to assume responsibility. Ultimately the point is to foster deeper awareness of hampering beliefs and patterns. BE BALANCED will coach successively the steps: awareness, recognition and acceptance, to enable conscious decision-making and to arrive at personal leadership.
